Telarus, LLC., master agent of business data, voice, mobility, cloud, and contact center services, today announced it had hired industry-veteran, Joseph Galluzzi, as its new regional vice president of the Northeast. In this role, Galluzzi will be in charge of building the Telarus field team, meeting with top partners, and executing on the company’s vision of making the area it’s top producing region nationwide. Galluzzi and his team will help existing Telarus channel partners expand their data, voice, cloud, and contact center practices, as well as recruit new partners. Galluzzi comes to Telarus with 20 years of experience and One Communications/Earthlink, and over five years of experience at Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable).
“We are excited to welcome Joe as our Northeast regional vice president,” said Scott Forbush, SVP of sales for Telarus. “Joe is a person that everyone in the northeast knows and trusts. With over 25 years of experience supporting partners in the Northeast, he will have no problem working hand-in-hand with his team to attract the top-selling partners in the area. He and his team are experts at helping new and existing partners leverage of all the unique tools and resources Telarus provides for them to grow their cloud, network, and UCaaS practices. With his track record of leadership, responsiveness, and thorough understanding of today’s communication technology, we do not doubt that he’ll be able to help our partners in the northeast crush their own sales goals.”
Over his very successful career, Galluzzi has held several roles within the channel. He was a partner manager for over 20 years for One Communications, who was later acquired by Earthlink. After that, he continued his success at Time Warner Cable, who was purchased by Spectrum in 2016. During his time at both companies, Joe developed a reputation for responsiveness, building successful teams, and always doing the right things for his partners.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Telarus for years in different capacities, and I am proud to join their leadership team as the VP of the Northeast,” said Galluzzi. “Telarus has done a great job in staffing and partner development in this area over the past few years, so I’m definitely coming into a house with stocked shelves. I look forward to continuing to add to that team and to recruiting new enterprise-focused technology partners focused on growing their contact center, UCaaS, and SD-WAN practices. Telarus has built and purchased so many time-saving software tools over the past decade, and in the Northeast, those assets are the best-kept secrets in the business. My new team will be focused on changing that paradigm and helping partners expand their business in ways our competition can’t or won’t.”
Galluzzi will be meeting with partners at the upcoming Channel Partners Show in Las Vegas (April 17-20), at 2018 Telarus Partner Exchange (June 19-22) and at the Telarus Innovation Conferences in Dover, DE (July 10), Newport, RI (July 12), Rochester (September 18), Newark (September 20), and New York City (December 4).
